The Lead Scrum Master will support agile teams in implementing lean-agile practices, act as a facilitator for ceremonies, and provide coaching and mentoring. Responsibilities include helping teams identify impediments, improve performance, and support team development needs.

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will enable agile practices in team operations, facilitating team events and helping teams to address impediments while coaching and mentoring for performance improvement. You will work on defence programs ensuring effective project delivery.
