The Project Sourcing Leader (hardware) at Cytiva will provide sourcing support for Open Innovation (OI), Technology (Tech), and New Product Development (NPD) projects. Responsibilities include managing sourcing activities related to hardware or non-metallics, working with global supply chain functions, and delivering sourcing requirements for projects.

Manage commercial aspects of Intensive Care and Surgical portfolios including pricing, promotion, and service levels. Analyze competitive landscape, identify new business opportunities, establish scope for New Product Development, and lead product development as a customer champion. Bachelor's degree in business, clinical, or engineering with 5+ years of marketing/commercial work experience in medical devices preferred.

Drive Design-In and Spec-Win activities for chromatography resins, achieve revenue targets, plan customer meetings, work on customer projects, organize marketing events, and travel for customer activities. Requires 5+ years of commercial experience in the BioPharma industry.
