Assist in providing a full secretariat service to the Group and its overseas subsidiaries. Manage subsidiary, branch and other entity management/compliance, statutory documentation, and ad-hoc projects. Support M&A Team on merger & acquisition projects. Assist with review of UK subsidiary accounts. Provide support to other Legal team members.

The Social Value Consultant will provide strategic support and delivery services to clients and internal teams, focusing on social impact and enhancing social value strategy. Responsibilities include client support, winning business, strategic development, advising on social value requirements, embedding social value into projects, managing relationships with partners, and internal social value activities.

Collect monies due to Atkins by clients on a timely basis, communicate with customers via telephone and email, resolve disputes, maintain customer account records, meet cash targets, and advise on potential issues on accounts.
