Provide 3rd line support for data-related issues, act as a technical escalation point, monitor and troubleshoot databases/data warehouses, support ETL processes and data integration pipelines, collaborate with the data engineering team, develop technical documentation, communicate with clients, manage information security risks, manage relationships with suppliers.
